As we head into the holiday season, bundles are pretty much a given. Consoles are bundled with games and peripherals, and what might be considered peripherals are bundled with games. The best example of this recently is the newly announced Doom VFR bundle with the PlayStation VR headset. DOOM VFR and its bundle are set to release on December 1, 2017.
PlayStation just recently announced that there will be an Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR PSVR bundle as well. This one is a little different however, as it doesn't include nearly as much stuff. That of course means a lower price point as well, but at what cost?
The DOOM VFR PSVR bundle will include the PSVR headset, PlayStation Camera, DOOM VFR, and the new PSVR Demo disc. If you've noticed what's missing you're right, it's the Move controllers that are generally included with the PSVR. You'll have to buy them separately in this case, but that means the Doom VFR PSVR bundle is only $399.99. PlayStation suggests that you use either a DualShock 4 controller, Move controllers, or the PSVR Aim controller with Doom VFR.
